The Altruist Hitech Hotel

While booking it was mentioned that free airport shuttle online. When called up there is no such facility. Complimentary breakfast was showing up while booking but when checked in it has been denied. room was not great for cost. poor experience.

The room was clean. Maintained well.

- Internet is very slow. - The TV doesn't have any channels. - The maintenance is not good. The water leak in bathroom is not fixed even after multiple reports.

Very friendly staff and excellent rooms. Nice food as well

Wifi didnt work inside the room. There was a lot of smell while walking through the 1st floor corridor

Rooms look old .wash room is not clean well full of smell. Housekeeping service is not up to the mark .service very slow. I have requested for water bottle it's took almost an hour .Tv is not working. Front office staff not trained well .very poor communication. I have early checkin access but still they waited me

Rooms not clean , sink damaged , smelly room , breakfast was so bad , overall it is really very bad

Nothing to like ...just a worst stay as beginning we entered with no lights , an hour took for light , then AC not working we have to change room in midnight and no chilled water served and dinning staffs were not at all helpful...

Breakfast had good spread. Not so lavish, but had usual elements with cut fruits and curd. Also puri bhaji available. Idli sambar and bread was available.

Central AC was not working. Split AC put to cool the place.

Size of the room

The wifi in the hotel was really bad, I couldn’t complete my office work any of the 4 days I stayed there Being a business hotel, they should understand the importance of WiFi to complete office work but wasn’t the case

Pros: Good ambience. Complimentary breakfast was good. Staffs are courteous. Location good.

Cons: Slightly overpriced. Charged additional 1800 rs over the booking.com price as surcharges. Foods are expensive. A pot of tea costs 273 rs.

Reasonably priced and good breakfast

Facilities need major renovation; the condition is not the best. The bathroom was not properly clean.

The staff members were very helpful and understanding. Always offered to help where they could. The rooms were clean and tge linen was also very clean.

They forgot to replace tissue rolls in the toilet. Fortunate enough i had carried an extra one.

That the room was spacious

That the room was ill equiped, there wasn't even a room service menu, and the staff too didn't even bother sending a menu to the room even after repeated calls. Had to drag myself down to lobby after a long day of meetings.

Location

Staff not flexible and change extra for early check in. Rooms are filled with mosquitoes and no towels in the rest room. Need to call the reception for each and everything. Not at all worth the money for a 4 star which they claim.

Clean rooms, fast room service and very good tea!Close proximity to Hitex Exhibition Centre makes it ideal for trade fair attendees Plenty of good restaurants nearby

The room facilities are outdated , air conditioning can be better
